Pilates Class

As a Registered Physical Therapist with Pilates qualifications, I bring a unique approach to wellness. When teaching Pilates classes, I combine the principles of Pilates with a deep knowledge of the human body from my Physical Therapy background. I specialise in creating bespoke movement sessions tailored to the specific needs of each group. I offer a customised approach that integrates movement therapy, mindful practices, and personalised fitness solutions.

My focus is on improving mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through therapeutic and mindful movement. I have the expertise to provide safe and effective practices for all abilities, from beginners to advanced.
