About

I am a CORU-registered healthcare practitioner with 20 years of experience in physical therapy, during which I ran a thriving clinic for 12 years. Over the years, I had the privilege of working with countless individuals, helping them improve their physical health, recover from injuries, and enhance their overall well-being.

In September 2023, after much reflection, I made the decision to close the doors of my clinic and transition into a new chapter of my career. I wanted to expand my reach and make a broader impact by promoting health and wellness in new, innovative ways.

Today, I focus on helping individuals, organisations, and communities prioritise their health through engaging talks, transformative workshops, and wellness retreats. I work with diverse groups, including employees in the workplace, students in schools, and the general public, to inspire them to take control of their health. My aim is to empower people to reduce stress, improve their physical and mental well-being, and adopt healthier lifestyles. Through this new phase of my work, I am committed to fostering a culture of wellness that extends beyond physical therapy, creating lasting changes that improve lives on a deeper level.
